Support Services

In order to ensure that businesses within the insurance industry are complying with legislation and regulatory requirements relating to plain English, our experts are able to provide the following services:

Document auditing – you will be provided with a detailed report containing an analysis of the readability of your documents as they are presented.
Document editing – we will actually make suggestions and edit the documentation provided for analysis and issue a report with the ‘before’ and ‘after’ readability scores.
Corporate style guides – this would involve working with you to develop a corporate style guide to ensure consistency in your documentation and associated with this is a staff training package that can be delivered online or face-to-face.
